01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 499bej platform and all its services. By accessing the 499bej website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the 499bej platform.

02 Account Register

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 499bej. We support transactions via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 50,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Full account verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account.
• For suspicious transactions, 499bej may place a hold on funds until verification is complete.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

06 Gameplay Rules

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of that round will be considered void.
• If a game is interrupted due to network issues, it will be settled according to the server log.

• Any attempt to hack or exploit the game software will result in permanent account closure.
• Once a decision has been finalised in a live game, no changes can be made.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499bej platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.

11 Dispute Resolution

• In any dispute over game results, the server log will be treated as the definitive record.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the licensing authority for mediation.
